PerfectFit Venetian, a perfect fit.
Having reviewed various blind manufacturers prices and feedback I decided to use Blinds Direct Online (BlindsCo Ltd.) for a PerfectFit double glazed door Venetian.
The complete process from measuring, ordering on line, excellent packaging and super fast delivery was seamless. The blind was also simple to construct and fit. Needless to say I've been delighted with the service.

From first contact to order to delivery this company were great. The blinds are a perfect fit and arrived ahead of schedule. The price is great too. I have recommended this company to family and friends based on my positive experience. Thank you so much for such great blinds.

Really impressed with the PerfectFit…
Really impressed with the PerfectFit venetian blinds I ordered. Ordered on 2nd of October and delivered by 20th October made to measure! Fit is excellent and looked up video online to see how to fit. Only grip I have is no paper instructions in the box. Will definitely use this company again.

Well ordered what i thought was faux…
Well ordered what i thought was faux wood blinds because it said wood effect.Well that is debatable as well.Ive ended up paying 300 pounds for what looks like cheap aluminium that would have cost me half the price on other websites.Talk about feeling ripped off dont ever use this company.

Great service
Blind ordered and delivered on time, many thanks. There did seem to be a slight delay in getting it dispatched but I accept that in these times. However, I contacted the firm yesterday and the delivery was expedited and it arrived within 24 hours.

Really disappointed with Blinds Direct…
Really disappointed with Blinds Direct Online.
I purchased 2 blinds, they look nice, they are not up.
I ordered them on the Sunday, I was expecting them by the Friday at the latest. I called and spoke to someone, very pleasant girl. She told me there was a delay in the manufacturing of the blinds due to staff off with covid. I can appreciate that due to the current climate. What I can't appreciate is they haven't got a notice on their page to say there are delays, they are supposed to be a "Family run company", they could have messaged their customers who ordered to let them know there was a delay. I found this out by 2 phone calls and 2 emails later. I've had to cancel the installation of the blinds as they never arrived when expected.
Terrible service!
Because of the service, I won't be ordering again.
To me personally, service is just as import as the product!

BEWARE OF BLIND SELLERS
I hate writing poor reviews but purchasing Blinds via the Web is frankly a disaster. So many of them have names so similar you need to check carefully who you are dealing with. BlindsCo are apparently the same as Blinds Direct Online BUT not the same as Blinds Direct or Blinds&Co who were furious when I pointed out the confusion. We ordered and paid but received no confirmation or answered telephone calls so assumed we had been scammed ! We cancelled our order and to be fair they refunded us fully. Shame as if they had behaved normally we would have been happy to proceed.

Half a delivery
Just spent nearly £200 on new blinds and the company hasn’t even supplied screws or raw plugs so I can actually put them up! Thanks for wasting my weekend!- you never get a second chance to make a good first impression!
